Construction

Xpulse 4V crash guard is built with heavy duty mild steel tubes of 22 mm with 5 mm thick laser cut brackets. Three mount points offers great rigidity. All welds are hand tested for uniform finish.

Built-in slider

Crash guard comes with built in Polyamide sliders, offers great protection on tarmac and in trails also. Sliders designed in a cubical shape which best suitable for Xpulse crash bars. In case of crash sliders will offer smoother movement of vehicle and prevent from flipping.

Powder coat surface

Crash bar surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment before powder coating. Textured Black/Gloss Signal Red powder coats add great aesthetics for crash bars makes crash bar look integral part of motorcycle.

Ergonomics

Along with look crash bar is designed considering critical ergonomic factors such as after crash movements, all potential after crash movements causes no harm to the motorcycle or rider.
